Founded in December 2020 by Meropi Marmarou as a tribute to her late father, Stavros—who ran Atlantic Submarine, a beloved local restaurant for over 40 years—Atlantek continues the family legacy of service to the community. Just as Atlantic Subs was known for its great food and hospitality,
